Potpourri of Love’s Memory

Every hero she creates in her romance novels are reflections of his accent, smile, and gorgeous eyes.  In edit she changes hair or eye collors or country of origin, but as each story unfolds, she has penned a portrait of her first love.Thirty years since they parted and she searches his name on Facebook, Google, and the international phone directory.  Once she found a band he had been a member of but the last address they had for him was another dead end.Alone as always she now spends time witing romances instead of reading them.  Sometimes she evens finds a publisher and receives some recompense for her dreams. What an apparition is built by time.  Her memory edits the mundane days and builds an alabaster and marble edifice full of light, laupghter, and song.  As she recalls sitting beside him on the bench while he  played their song, she ends the book with “happily ever after”
