Poem for the Ages

Mynamar to Alaska
Peru to Ukraine
Seekers travel the globe
to the same refrain
You live, you die,
if there is a hereafter
Torah, Bible, Quran all ask age-old question
You live, you die, if there is a hereafter,
I choose to believe the simple reply
The cross is the reason
and love is the why.
